Refund Policy

Pride Energies offers transparent and customer-friendly refund policies. Refunds are permitted under the following conditions:

Refunds for failed or interrupted sessions: Full or pro-rated refund if energy delivery stops due to charger fault, app error, or grid outage on Station's side.
Refund for double payments or billing errors.
No refund for user-side issues: No refund if the problem is due to vehicle faults, user unplugging early, wrong connector selection, or violating parking/usage rules.
Dispute window: Allow users to raise a complaint within 24–48 hours with session ID, location, time, and payment reference
